ISO 9001:2015 — Quality Management
Quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015 — covering production process control, final inspection, and full traceability.
ISO 9001:2015 is the international standard for quality management systems. FENIER holds an active ISO 9001 certificate issued by a CNAS-accredited body, valid for the production of stainless-steel kitchen cabinets and OEM contract manufacturing. The certificate is renewed annually with a full re-audit every three years; the audit reports are available to qualified buyers under NDA.
The standard matters in three specific ways for cabinet buyers. First, it documents process control: incoming material inspection, in-process QC checkpoints, and final inspection against an AQL sampling plan. Second, it documents traceability: each cabinet carries a batch number that ties back to the panel lot, hardware lot, and welder responsible. Third, it documents corrective action: every customer complaint enters a CAPA register with root cause and preventive action recorded.
For procurement teams, ISO 9001 cuts the cost of incoming inspection. Most ISO 9001 suppliers ship under a skip-lot or reduced-inspection regime approved by the buyer, meaning the buyer does not need to inspect every container. The audit-trail documentation alone — batch sheet, weld map, QC sign-off, packing list — usually satisfies the buyer's internal supplier qualification requirements without an additional site visit.
