Six stages, one roof.
Every process that shapes a FENIER cabinet happens in this building. Nothing is outsourced to a third-party workshop.
Laser cutting
304 stainless sheet is cut to ±0.1 mm on fibre laser tables, so panel edges line up without hand-fitting.
CNC bending
Computer-controlled press brakes form the cabinet body in one pass, keeping corners square and door gaps even.
Robotic welding
Seams are welded robotically and finished by hand, so carcasses stay fully waterproof — there is no adhesive anywhere in the system.
Powder coating
Our own coating line: degrease, pre-treat, spray, cure. Colour and gloss are matched batch to batch, not job to job.
Assembly & QC
Hardware, runners, and hinges are fitted and cycle-tested, then every unit is inspected against the same checklist before packing.
Export packing
Molded-pulp and FSC cardboard protection, container-loaded under our own supervision at Foshan or Shenzhen.
